Supalific was born out of a moment of inspiration, from one friend to another.
My friend's prolific storytelling launched me on a pursuit of the art as a life skill. Along the way, I found Matthew Dicks' Storyworthy practices that help uncover and nurture the stories of our lives. I knew someday I'd create a tool, an experience, that makes this process feel great and accessible to others.
After leading (increasingly remote) engineering teams across various products over the years, I wanted to build something that I knew I could stand behind for the long haul. Something with timeless value; something that could enrich our in-person experiences.
Storytelling is in our DNA. We're wired to soak up a good story. Everyone, tellers and listeners, wins when there are more good stories in the world. There's more connection, more understanding, more community, more reasons to get together. That's the world I wanted to push toward with Supalific. I'd love your help getting there.
